OH, AWESOME! SO, CAN YOU MAKE ME ONE OF YOUR GODLY (Joking) COVERS?
We most definitely can. While there may be some outlying factors that that won't allow it, we will try our hardest to accomodate any authors situation. Down below is a template that you need to fill out before we decide if we can take on your cover or not.

I'VE RECIEVED MY EBOOK COVER, BUT I NEED VARIOUS SIZES FOR DIFFERENT WEBSITES, WILL YOU SEND ME THE SIZES I NEED?
Of course we can. These sizes, however, need to be within reason. By this, we mean that we can't take a vertical cover and set it into a horizontal canvas. It's impossible. (Example on the right for desktop, and below for mobile)

I NOTICED A MISTAKE ON MY COVER AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, WILL YOU CHARGE ME AGAIN TO FIX IT?
We will definitely fix the mistake, as it was on our side. So, of course we wouldn't charge to fix a mistake that we made.

DUDE, I'M BROKE (I MEAN, LIKE, TOP RAMEN EVERY NIGHT BROKE), BUT I WANT A GOOD COVER FOR MY BOOK. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?
Okay, here's the deal: we need 50% of the payment (think of this a down payment, of sorts) before we can do anything for you. Why, you ask? Because we don't want to get screwed over, you know? We are putting in our hard work and time to make you a cover that you can be happy with. We just want insurance, so to speak. However, once you send half of the payment, we will begin working on the cover. After that, we can discuss a payment plan that works for you, the author.

SORRY, MAN. BUT THIS JUST ISN'T WORKING OUT. CAN I GET MY "DOWN PAYMENT" MONEY BACK?
We put the work into the cover, and therefore, we will keep the down payment for the work we have already done.

I'VE ALREADY PURCHASED STOCK IMAGES, CAN YOU USE THEM?
In most cases, we will be able to use your stock images. However, situations with covers can widely vary. In any case, we can take a look at your purchased images and then discuss the best ways to use them! IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT, WE REPEAT, DO NOT RANDOMLY PULL IMAGES FROM THE INTERNET! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE PROPER LICENSES FOR YOUR IMAGES.

HOW LONG WILL A CUSTOM COVER TAKE?
In all honesty, the time a cover will take complete will vary with each and every one we do. However, a rough estimate would be anywhere within three days to two weeks depending on the cover and how many changes we have to make along the way.

OKAY, THEN HOW LONG WILL A PREMADE COVER TAKE?
A premade cover could take a few minutes to a few hours, or a day at the most. However, the payment must come through before we do anything.

I WANT TO CHANGE THE COLOR/ADD SOMETHING TO A PREMADE, WILL YOU CHARGE FOR THAT?
It depends, honestly. While fonts are typically free of charge, we will charge for the changing of eye color or adding an image. Hair color is quite challenging - so depending on the model, we may charge more for that.

HAIR COLOR CHANGE = PRICE WILL VARY
HEY, IT'S BEEN, LIKE, SIX MONTHS, RIGHT? SO, I NEED SOME CHANGES TO MY CUSTOM/PREMADE COVER. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?
We usually keep the covers we make for 6-7 months, so if it's within that time, we will gladly make some changes for a small fee. Basic changes (title/subtitle/name/etc.) will cost $12. Major changes (color and image changes) will cost $20-$30.

I CHANGED MY MIND, WILL YOU REFUND MY PREMADE COVER(S)?
Sorry, but we do not offer refunds on purchased premade covers.

DO YOU SELL THE SAME COVER MORE THAN ONCE?
As far as premade covers go, we will never sell the same cover again after it's been purchased. On Custom cover designs, some very minor elements may be re-used - However, no cover we make will look exactly the same as another.

I'VE ORDERED A CUSTOM COVER, HOW MANY SAMPLE DESIGNS WILL YOU SEND?
We will typically send two sample (and watermarked) cover designs. However, depending on the project itself, we may send more.

HOW MANY REVISIONS WILL YOU MAKE?
We will make as many revisions as we need to! We are patient and understanding, so if you come across something you don't like or want changed, don't hesitate to tell us.

WILL YOU SEND ME THE .PSD FILE WHEN WE'RE DONE?
In most cases, we will not send the .PSD file to you. While we tend to use non-destructive editing, some of it will be restricted by licenses and such (Well, that and .PSD files can get huge in file size, therefore taking forever to upload.). In special cases, we will send .PSD, however the cover itself won't be editable (only the text and minor additions will be editable, excluding designer fonts.).

HOW MANY FINAL DESIGN CHOICES WILL I GET?
By the time we are near completion, we will usually send two completely different designs.

I NOTICED THAT SOME OF THE PREMADE COVER DESIGNS OFFER PRINT VERSIONS AS WELL, HOW DOES THAT WORK?

Well, this is something new that we are just introducing. The Print Version of a premade cover is completely optional. You can buy just the premade ebook cover, or you can buy just the print cover - However, buying both is much a better deal for the author. Say, for example, that a premade ebook cover is $50, and a print cover is $70 (premade print covers will remain this price, no more, no less.), the author will get a ebook cover and a print-ready cover for just $120.

I WANT A PRINTED VERSION OF THE PREMADE, WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
I need just a few things, as listed: I need your Page Count (Number of pages), Size of your book (6x9, for example), and your Paper Color (Cream, White, or Full Color) Another thing you should know is that these print-ready covers are being made solely for Createspace, so please keep that in mind when ordering a print-version cover.
